Account information: Username and preferences created when you sign the Park Padel waiver or register through Playtomic.

Activity and booking history: Court reservations, playing frequency, session history, and program participation.

Communications data: Records of your consent to receive communications, message delivery status, and opt-out requests.

Payment information: Payment processing is handled by third-party processors. We do not store full payment card details. Bookings through Playtomic are subject to Playtomic’s separate privacy policy.

  • Manage your Park Padel account and facilitate court bookings

  • Send court availability alerts, booking confirmations, and operational communications

  • Send promotional offers, event announcements, and programming updates to consenting members

3. SMS and Email Communications

If you have consented to receive text messages, we will send you SMS communications approximately 4 times per month. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any message. To opt out of email marketing, use the unsubscribe link in any email or contact hello@parkpadel.com. For help, reply HELP to any SMS or email hello@parkpadel.com.

Opting out of marketing messages will not affect transactional communications necessary to fulfill your bookings.
