BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings:
At ParkPadel, we strive to provide fair and equal access to all our clients. Please take note of the following booking guidelines:
Members:
Members can book courts up to 14 days in advance at any of our locations.
Non-Members:
Non-members can book courts up to 7 days in advance.
Private Events:
For bookings requiring more notice, we offer options for private events.
Private event bookings must be made by calling us or sending an email to hello@parkpadel.com.
These bookings require a reservation and payment in advance for a minimum of 2 courts for a duration of 1.5 hours.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of booking time to receive a full refund.
For those with an active Park Padel Membership, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance of booking time to receive a full refund.
No-Show:
Effective immediately, any client who fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund of any payments previously made. This policy is designed to respect the time and effort of our staff and other clients. To avoid forfeiture of payments, clients are encouraged to cancel or reschedule their appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
