This one-day bootcamp focuses on building foundational padel skills and court awareness. It begins with a warm-up featuring dynamic stretching and drills to enhance mobility. Players refine forehand and backhand strokes, volleys, and net positioning in the first session. The second session targets movement and positioning for attack and defense. The final session simulates game scenarios, focusing on serve consistency and match play. The day concludes with a cool-down and reflections. The program includes:
Warm-Up (15-20 min): Dynamic stretching and padel-specific drills.
Session 1: Technique (45 min): Forehand/backhand groundstrokes, volleys, and net play.
Session 2: Movement & Positioning (30 min): Lateral movement, quick feet, and court positioning for attack and defense.
Session 3: Game Scenarios (30 min): Serve/return drills and match play practice.
